Declan has more than 25 years’ experience in the business and investing sectors, with a passion for building and growing businesses. Declan has helped found four major companies spanning talent solutions, recycling & waste recovery, training and education, and health and fitness which – combined – employ more than 45,000 people and generate over $1.2 billion in revenue annually. Prior to this, Declan started his career in investment banking and private equity for the Macquarie Group, working in both Sydney and New York. He has two children and is deeply committed to health, wellness and a better tomorrow.

Raylee has held roles as CFO, COO, CSO and CEO across a number of industries including: finance, design and recruitment. Having commenced her career as a Chartered Accountant work in audit and M&A and IPOs, she later when on to complete a Master of Management at MGSM. Raylee thrives working with great teams in high growth environments. Raylee couples operational and people leadership with leading transactions to execute on growth strategy. With proven success in working across all operational areas to improve process and people, Raylee will work with the businesses Infragreen invests in to maximise business success.

Madeleine has over five years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions. She has worked on the acquisition of over 50 smaller businesses and has also acted as a commercial analyst for a major growth company. Madeleine commenced her career working for My FootDr, where she focussed on the integration and operations of newly acquired businesses. Madeleine then worked for ex-ASX listed allied healthcare company, Healthia Limited (ASX:HLA). During Madeleine’s time with Healthia, the company experienced rapid growth, from 40 businesses when she commenced, to over 300 today. Since commencing with Infragreen in November 2022, Madeleine has completed the acquisition of two platform companies and has assisted Declan in shaping Infragreen into what it is today.

Phoebe has over 10 years of experience in leading internal and external brand strategy and Investor Relations for high-profile global organisations including Virgin Australia, the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Committee, and Virgin Galactic. With proven success in creating strategic brand experiences, authentic partnerships and managing high-net-worth client communities. Phoebe has a passion for sustainability and spearheading impactful ideas, she will work with the businesses Infragreen invests in to bringing their vision to life.

Jesse is a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Business at Queensland University of Technology. Jesse brings a strong work ethic and consistent performance to support the team at Infragreen. Jesse is committed to elevating Infragreen's strategic initiatives and overall success to the businesses in which we own and operate.
