Infragreen was founded on a powerful idea: infrastructure can deliver strong financial returns while building a better, more sustainable future. Backed by permanent capital and driven by purpose, we invest in infrastructure businesses across recycling, waste recovery, and clean energy.
But for us, investment goes far beyond finance. We’re active partners who roll up our sleeves and work side by side with founders to accelerate growth, unlock value, and build enduring businesses. We’re not a roll-up — we don’t stack companies for scale. Instead, we bring operational expertise, sector knowledge, and patient capital to every partnership, supporting long-term success.
Sustainability and profitability drive everything we do. We believe the infrastructure of the future must deliver both strong returns and measurable impact — for investors, communities, and the environment.
With 75% of the infrastructure needed by 2050 still to be built, our journey is just beginning. We’re proud to back the businesses shaping tomorrow’s circular economy and clean energy landscape.
At Infragreen, we don’t believe in miracles. We believe in doing the work. Through consistent action, genuine collaboration, and a shared commitment to better, together we’re building the next generation of sustainable infrastructure.
Invest in the future. Invest in Infragreen.

Why Sustainable Infrastructure?
Decarbonising infrastructure is critical to achieving Australia emissions reductions targets of 43% by 2030 and reaching net zero by 2050.
Infragreen investments represent the critical areas in Infrastructure driving this transition and forming the foundation of what we define sustainable infrastructure, specifically, recycling and waste recovery, and clean energy and transition.
Traditional owners of infrastructure assets are typically governments or large infrastructure funds, and smaller assets are often overlooked and left with lack of funding and strategic guidance. Infragreen focuses on this underserviced part of the infrastructure market.
With 75% of infrastructure in place for 2050 yet to be built Infragreen is positioned well to continue investing, driving profits and a better tomorrow.
